Duck Creek Developer

Job Description:



Minimum 6 plus years experience in Duck Creek policy components, including design, development and implementation of commercial lines of business
Working knowledge of SQL and XML
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with business users, team members and executive leadership
Strong organization and communication skills
Lead customer discussion with respect to base functionality and Customization.
Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners.
Leading and mentoring a small development team, including assignment of tasks that align with skills and support growth
Designing solutions that meet business needs
Being a successful liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure productive partnerships and productivity
Creating technical specifications (diagrams, information flows, presentations)
Driving the resolution and creative solutions of reported system problems and bugs
Complex development , troubleshooting and testing assignments
Creating POCs when necessary
